Scoped engagements, delivered in writing
Each engagement below is scoped and quoted before it starts, then delivered as a written document with no call to attend. You approve the quote first, and the finished document delivered within the confirmed turnaround time.
Independent Model Validation Report
An independent check on whether a model’s evaluation actually supports the use it has been put to.
Deliverable. A written report on validation design, leakage and drift risk, the choice of metrics, calibration, and subgroup performance. It states plainly what the evidence supports and where it falls short.

Deliverable. A memo setting out which claims are substantiated and which are not, where the technical risk concentrates, and what to establish before closing.

Quote & Confirmation
You receive a fixed quote within one business day, with a time chosen from your suggestions. Once the quote is approved and payment has cleared, the meeting link and calendar invite follow within 24 hours.
The Session, and What Follows
You leave with a candid assessment of what is feasible and what it would take, followed by a written summary that is yours to keep. If the work continues as a project, a scoped proposal follows, and the consultation fee is credited in full toward that engagement.

Who You Will Speak With
Philip, directly. The person you speak to is the person who would carry out the work.
How Pricing Works
Consultations are paid sessions, quoted individually according to format and scope, and you will always have a fixed quote in hand before anything is scheduled or billed. If the work grows into a longer project, the fee for the initial consultation meeting is credited in full toward that project. Written deliverables are quoted separately and are not part of this credit. Payment must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting, and the meeting link follows within 24 hours of payment.
What Happens Afterwards
You receive a written summary with recommendations, and it is yours to keep whether or not the work continues. Where it makes sense, Philip follows up with a scoped proposal setting out deliverables, timeline, and cost.
What to Send in Advance
Start with a few sentences on the problem and the goal. The request form asks for at least 300 characters, which is roughly four sentences. Anything that shows the current state helps as well, such as model or pipeline documentation, a data dictionary, an evaluation report, a study protocol, or a short deck. PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT and PPTX files can be attached, up to 5 MB each and four in total.
How This Differs from a Formal Validation
A consultation gives you an expert opinion, on a call or in writing, and it is a good way to establish whether a full review is warranted. A formal, documented independent validation is a separate engagement with its own scope, deliverables, and timeline.
Identifiable Data Stays Out of the Request
Do not upload identifiable patient or personal data. Documentation, de-identified extracts, or synthetic samples are enough at this stage and usually more useful. If the work later requires access to real data, that is arranged under a separate agreement with the appropriate safeguards in place.
Putting an NDA in Place First
Mention it in the request and Philip will arrange a mutual NDA before anything sensitive is shared.
